If you would like to cancel an order after purchasing it, please contact me directly at hello@soufiyaart.com and I will do my best to help you. As long as the product hasn’t been dispatched, canceling the order can be done immediately. you are responsible for the items' return shipping.

Please allow 3–5 business days for packing.

When shipping occurs, tracking information will be provided.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days after processing time for Ground shipping.

Fed Ex handles oversized deliveries, which include if you choose In Home Delivery, which allows you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is necessary to sign. Fed Ex will normally call 24 to 48 hours in advance to make arrangements. This service is currently only offered in a limited number of locations.
